Art Commissions and Orders

I only accept commercial work from established businesses. If you are apart of one, contact me for commercial rates. For Personal prices see below.

Rules: Personal Use Only

No explicit imagery, no pornography, no sensitive topics, no politics, no graphic images of real people. (People getting shot or stabbed)

You may use the commissioned work on YouTube, avatars, and other socials.

There are no refunds, no price bargains.

I do not deal in NFT’s or Crypto.

Process:

I work in phases. 

Phase 1

50% base price must be provided before beginning artwork. This is considered a deposit of good faith. I usually make the artwork first in black and white. If the total cost is $15, only $7.50 needed to reserve a spot. Usually this allots five days before Phase 2 begins and the second half begins. (Circumstances will sometimes change and communication is necessary. I will communicate with you if anything arises that will make the project take longer. No additional costs necessary.) if within the first five days you desire a refund. Money will be returned promptly. If artwork is finished before, during or after five days and you are unhappy with the result. You can request a refund at this juncture before Phase 2 begins. Otherwise money will be kept due to time spent on projects.

Phase 2

The rest of the 50% base price after showing you the black and white picture, if you desire to have the picture colorized I will begin once payment is received. I will then work on the colored project.

If a background is included in the base price, this is usually added in Phase 1 in black and white and colorized in Phase 2. This includes a 10-20 day increase in the deadline for projects at no additional cost. If product is unsatisfactory to you. Phase 2 money will be returned to you. Deposit money will be kept due to time spent on project.

High Resolution Pixelation Formats Must be provided beforehand. (2900px x 4090px for Displate for example)

10” x 10” For Portraits

11” x 17” For Full Illustrations

Pixelation Limits For Displate Must be 2900px x 4060px and cannot exceed 1. 4:1. Displate orders through me must be ordered after Phase 2 of a commission. Refunds of the Displate cost are fully refundable within 24 hours. The reason is because Displates are created within 24 hours and afterwards I am held liable for losses.

Pricing:

Prices are based on subject and complexity. Multiple subjects means it becomes more complex. More complexity means more time spent on a particular project. I truly only charge for time spent. Though as demand increases, prices will start to increase. If you’re looking for something particular and pricing seems intimidating, please feel free to communicate with me.
